Thank you for all the well wishes regarding Marathon Monday’s tragic incident. We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of care and concern for our guests and employees. We appreciate the help of the Boston Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Boston Fire Department, the National Guard & the businesses in Back Bay. Our guests and staff are safe. At this time, The Lenox is unable to welcome guests to the hotel. We are in constant communication with our guests and staff as this status changes.
