We extended our stay and the hotel was part of the reason why. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was large, the staff knew us each time we left and returned, the location is perfect, the restaurant was great, the morning coffee was perfect, etc.

Highly recommend and so glad that I read about this hotel in Travel and Leisure magazine.

We recently stayed at the Lenox for three nights and I cannot begin to say what a wonderful experience this was! I had dreamed of staying at this hotel ever since I was very small when my family visited my grandmother in Boston. The entire staff was exceptional from the hotel desk managers to the bellhops -- incredibly helful and they recalled many details we had told them about ourselves, our interests and things we like to do. At the end of our trip the only comment I had to make was that I was a bit disappointed that the turn down servie did not feature any dark chocolate! Lo and behold, two days after our return home we received a bag of wonderful Lindt dar chocolates witha note stating "enjoy!" Now what other hotel would do this??? The Lenox is Boston's brightest gem and one of the most delightful hotels I have ever stayed in. We plan to return to the Lenox for all our future get-aways to Boston.

Arrived after a 6 hour flight & the service from the word go was amazing. The check-in reception staff are very helpful and attentive. The concierge was great and gave us chmpagne and strawberries when the florist messed up my Valentine flowers!

The room was spotlessly clean and the linen changed every day if you wanted it to be. There was a card to leave if you were happy to keep the linen another night as part of an eco-initiative.

Central location - we walked to Fenway Park and Boston Common, but easy transport links. Great Mall at Prudential & other shops nearby! Will definitely recommend in a heartbeat! Thank you to all at The Lenox - Boston's best!!!

Loved the small hotel ambiance and courteous staff. This is an older building, but nicely maintained so as not to lose its charm. Great bar and restaurants on-site and close to shopping and other great restaurants. This is our hotel of choice whenever we stay in Boston. Love it!

As soon as we walked into the hotel..the clean smell was amazing. The employees go out of their way to make you feel special and answer any questions you have about their city. There are a lot of nice little touches as well...great coffee service in the AM in the lobby followed by hot chocolate/chocolate chip cookie service in the afternoon. The workout room was perfect if you wanted to blow off steam and they even have a cooler full of bottled water for free in the room. The Aveda bath products were also a great touch!

The area is perfect for shopping or browsing the city. The subway is accessible within a block and cheap if you buy a pass...we used the subway to go EVERYWHERE! Can't wait to return..nicest people we have met any place!

We recently attended a wedding at your hotel. Just a note to tell you what a wonderful time we had. We stayed several days at the Lenox, what a wonderful experience. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and I miss the wonderful smell of the lobby. The wedding was beautiful and the food was fabulous. We had the filet and I do not think I have ever had such a good steak anywhere else. The entire staff were truly professional, kind, helpful and made us feel totally comfortable.
