For Your Accessibility Needs
The Lenox Hotel strives to meet the needs of its guests with disabilities. Please contact the hotel if you have any special requests relating to your disability or need any additional accessibility information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
The following areas are accessible:
- Public entrance (Due to the age of our hotel, the front entrance has steps and is not fully accessible. The Boylston Street entrance is accessible and has a buzzer for access.)
- Route from the hotel’s public entrance to the registration area, accessible guestrooms, all restaurants and bars, meeting rooms and ballrooms, and business center
- Registration desk

Additional accessibility information:
- Accessible guest rooms with mobility features have doorways that provide 32” of clear width
- Hotel valet parking accepts vehicles specially outfitted with hand controls
- Hotel has a TTY for guest use
- Hotel provides assistive listening devices for meetings upon request
- Guest room TVs have closed captioning or closed caption decoders are provided
- Service animals are welcome
- Hotel employees will read menus and other printed/visual information and provide verbal directions to areas of the hotel to guests who are blind/low vision
- Due to the age of our historic hotel, the onsite fitness center can only be accessed via stairs. The hotel provides complimentary passes to other fitness facilities near the hotel for guests with disabilities who cannot access the onsite fitness center.
