Hotel Services During COVID-19

The health and well-being of our guests and employees are of the greatest importance to us. We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are collaborating with city and state officials to stay fully informed. In addition to our always diligent housekeeping, we have proactively implemented extra resources and sanitary procedures as preemptive measures.

Some Things That May Be Different

While some of the details and experiences of your stay will be different, our promise to you is that the feeling you get when you are here will be the same!

  • Cleaning & Sanitization – All hard surfaces are disinfected per CDC standards using CDC certified products. In-room, this is done prior to arrival and in public spaces, this is done throughout the day. Everywhere possible, we have increased air circulation in the building. You may also notice small blue decals on surfaces throughout our lobby and public spaces. This decal denotes that the surface has been treated with an antimicrobial surface protection made up of silver ion technology. Learn more here.
  • Your Room – We are taking room safety very seriously. Should you prefer that we don’t enter your room, simply hang your Do Not Disturb sign on your door.
  • Dining – All of our Food & Beverage outlets are open and ready to serve you! In-Room Dining is also available. Please dial extension 3710 to place your order. Details can be found here!
  • Your Morning – Our locally sourced coffee as well as our tea are available each morning across from our lobby elevators. Our beverage station is sanitized regularly, and we ask that guests are mindful of personal space. Should you prefer to have us deliver coffee to your room, please call down to guest reception.
  • Valet Service – Please call down to guest reception when you would like your car retrieved from valet and allow 15-20 minutes for retrieval.
