No, The Lenox Hotel does not have any hidden fees, nor do we charge any of these types of fees. The only fees on our rooms beyond any incidentals you might charge to your room are local city & state taxes. All of our guests have equal and complimentary access to all of our amenities – from our locally roasted coffee and tea in the mornings, 24/7 fitness center to our high-speed WiFi. When you’re here, you’re taken care of.

One of the most unique features at The Lenox is the many rooms with wood-burning fireplaces right inside them. Back when The Lenox first opened in 1900, the fireplaces were touted as a benefit not only due to the ambiance they provided, but as dedicated in-room heating! Our other rooms were all heated by a central coal-fire system. In the 80’s, many of our fireplaces were bricked over and made non-functioning, only to be rescued and restored in the mid-2010’s. Both early check-in and late check-out is based on availability. Late check-outs may carry an additional fee based on occupancy and availability.

The Lenox is dog friendly and permits dogs 50 lbs. and under at a one-time fee of $75 per stay. We have a two dog per room limit. Please just let us know before arrival that you are traveling with a dog so we can make sure we are ready for our four-legged guest too. While your dog may not be left in your room unaccompanied, dog sitting services may be available. “Green space” is available just two blocks away on Commonwealth Avenue. Please contact us for additional details.
Yes, we do have dry cleaning services available at The Lenox. The front desk handles all laundry and dry-cleaning services with same day options available.
The hotel does not provide transportation to/from the airport but our Guest Specialists will gladly assist with airport transportation, limousines and car rentals. Here are some tips to get where you need to be!

Yes, if shipping five or fewer packages, The Lenox can store and process your packages without charge. If you are shipping six or more packages, a $25 storage and handling fee applies. Yes, we have wood-burning fireplaces that operate on a seasonal basis in many of our guest rooms. When you would like your fire started, our bellman will come up and light the fire, please give us a call at the front desk. Fires can be lit between 8AM and 11PM. Fireplaces can only be lit between Labor Day and Memorial Day due to the high heat and humidity.

Your wedding coordinator can assist with setup, and both spaces provide a comfortable, stylish setting for pre-wedding preparations and photos.
